My Life.

When not working, you can find me spending time with my wonderful wife, our four grown children, and our two grandchildren. Years spent cheering on the kids in school sports and coaching soccer, tennis, and even barrel horse racing have helped me gain an appreciation for all sports. Now, we spend our weekends playing tennis, golf, pickleball, wake surfing, and fishing, and hunting. We enjoy any time we can get outdoors. It helps keep us active and in great spirits.

My Story.

An active-duty serviceman was having trouble getting his loan approved with a competitor. The other company had his loan for over 45 days and informed him that he did not qualify for the loan one day before closing. Fortunately, his real estate professional asked him to give me a call immediately. After speaking with him, I realized that he did qualify for a VA mortgage loan, and we were able to close his loan eight days later. It was a blessing to see both of my clients with tears of joy in their eyes at the loan closing as they purchased their dream home. Clients like that are why I still love this business after 25 years of helping people buy, refinance, or build their dream residence, second home, or investment property.
